What is included in the number?
The calculator combines a broad house-construction range with a broad site-work range. It does not automatically include land, most soft costs, furnishings, financing, pool, landscape or every owner-direct item.
Why is the range so wide?
Because early projects contain unknowns. A useful planning range should show that uncertainty instead of hiding it behind a single price-per-square-foot number.
How do I get a more accurate number?
