Every opportunity is different, but these are the types of properties we are most interested in reviewing.
Vacant Lots
Buildable residential lots and estate-scale homesites in strong Scottsdale-area locations, including properties that may benefit from early builder input before a sale or design is finalized.
Tear-Down & Rebuild Properties
Older or functionally obsolete homes where the underlying land, location and finished-home potential may justify a replacement residence rather than a major renovation.
Small Development Opportunities
Select infill parcels, assemblages and smaller residential development sites where thoughtful planning, design and construction can create a stronger finished project.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
The Right Structure Depends on the Property
Not every property needs the same transaction. Depending on the site, ownership goals and development potential, there may be more than one way to move forward.
Direct Purchase
For the right property, Bella Legacy may purchase the lot or tear-down directly, allowing the owner to sell without first developing plans or undertaking construction.
Development Partnership
In select situations, a landowner may prefer to contribute the property to a development structure rather than sell it outright. We can evaluate whether a partnership approach makes sense for the site and the owner’s goals.

Where the opportunity fits, Bella Legacy can help coordinate the path from property evaluation and design through approvals, construction and a finished residential project.

We look at the opportunity as a whole—not just the asking price or current structure. The best projects usually start with a clear understanding of what the site can realistically support.

If the property is a fit, we can discuss a direct purchase, a potential development structure or the next steps needed to understand the opportunity more fully.
